Background

What I've actually done

I spent several years building the marketing function at Filotrack — an Italian IoT company — from nothing. I built the campaigns, set up the tracking, localised everything for five EU markets, and managed over EUR 1M per year in Google Ads spend. That work contributed to an international acquisition in 2023.

After the exit I worked with KPI6 on B2B analytics marketing, then helped Fitprime — a B2B wellness platform — build EUR 1.5M in qualified pipeline by rebuilding their paid media and attribution from scratch.

I'm based near Rome. I work in English, Italian, and German. I've done business in all three markets — not as a consultant watching from the outside, but as the person running the campaigns and sitting in the room.
